Identificar potenciales usos productivos y proporcionar información “referencial” para una adecuada selección de su equipamiento
Interesar a distribuidores de maquinaria, herramientas y electrodomésticos a tener presencia en campo
Establecer nexos con microfinancieras para proporcionar crédito a los interesados
Supervisar inicialmente la instalación de equipos

Local Technicians of Micro-Hydro Power Plants trained in Bolivia

Under the EASE – Bolivia strategies, ENERGETICA joint with the Institute of Hydraulics and Hydrology (IHH) of the University Mayor de San Andres (UMSA), since 9 until 11 December 2009, was executed a Training Workshop in Operation, Maintenance and Management of Micro-Hydro Power Plants (MHP) for local operators. This workshop was held at IHH’s facilities in La Paz city and participated a total of 58 people, corresponding to 30 MHP’s.

040 Transfer of solar drying technology from Energetica, Bolivia to Tanzania

The main objective of this project is to facilitate technology transfer from Energetica from Bolivia on (1) construction and utilization of large scale industrial size solar dryers to Tanzania solar drying enterprises, and (2) marketing solar dried products. The project will bring to Tanzania an expert from Bolivia to train and build one solar dryer in Kilimanjaro region. Moreover, the expert will also train on quality assurance and standards for both local and export markets.

024 Standardisation of biogas plants and strengthening a promotion network through Tecaltema

Given the potential for widespread use of the low cost biogas technology, the project support by EASE-Bolivia/ENERGETICA allows TECALTEMA to achieve a standardization of its products under in a modular approach: design kits of materials and accessories for each model, manuals for installation, construction, operation and maintenance.
