039 Sustainable dissemination of palm sugar stoves

The palm sugar tree and the artisan production of palm sugar is a heritage of Cambodia. Currently, there are 20,000 families nationwide who are engaged in this activity which involves climbing the palm tree to collect the sap and evaporated to extract the sugar. It is usually the poorest in the rural areas who are engaged in this activity.
