064 Supporting Battery Charging Stations

The project will increase the knowledge of 70 battery charging stations to enable them to improve their business. Both improved technical skills and basic business skills such as simple accounting skills will be part of an interactive training program developed specifically on the level of the battery charging stations operators. The training consist of 4 parts, part one a survey to assess the needs in the field, part two the development of the training, part three training of trainers, and part four to train the battery charging stations in the field.

The general objective of this project is to build capacity of TaTEDO staff and her partners in providing technical and business support to energy entrepreneurs. Specifically the project aims at the following.
(1) Coach TaTEDO staff on business coaching so that the team can continuously conduct coaching to energy entrepreneurs participating in TaTEDO’s projects.
(2) Improve TaTEDO’s capacity in information collection, processing, packaging and sharing so that the experiences and lessons through this programme will be used by other energy entrepreneurs to develop their business.
